PARTS REPRESENTATIVES
Essential Duties:
- Perform a variety of in-store customer service, parts and merchandise sales, stocking and inventory management duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories for agricultural, construction/landscaping and consumer customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functionsAbility to work extended hours and weekends when necessaryExcellent customer service skillsFarming or mechanical background an assetFamiliar with agricultural or automotive parts inventory systems an asset
- Must possess and maintain a positive attitude, acting as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Essential Duties:
- Inspect, diagnose and repair all makes & models of agricultural equipment, including tillage, planting, harvest and precision, as well as lawn and garden equipment.Set up and Pre-delivery inspects on new equipment.
- Test systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Utilize hand tools and other specialized tools to repair, adjust or replace parts as necessary to properly fix or maintain customer equipment. Possess and maintain a positive attitude, acting as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Mechanics License an asset. Possible mobile repairs required.
TERRITORY EQUIPMENT SALES
Essential Duties:
- Provide sales and customer service to agriculture, commercial or consumer equipment clientele.
- Learn and provide key features and benefits information on equipment and work with customers to find solutions to meet their needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated individual with experience in equipment sales.Applicants preferred to have an agriculture background.
- Familiarity with the farming community considered an asset.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions.
GPS SALES
Essential Duties:
- Provide sales and customer service to agriculture, drainage and turf clientele.
- Learn and provide key features and benefits information on equipment and work with customers to find solutions to meet their needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Self-motivated individual with experience in sales.Applicants preferred to have an agriculture background.
- Familiarity with current farming practices or GPS and Precision Agriculture considered an asset.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions.
